estimates. Every price is the hospital's own published number, re-checked on a schedule

1. Enough! Health measurement of hospital-published price files, August 2026. Measured range across facilities where a posted cash price is lower than the reported network rate. 2. Hospitals must publish their prices under federal price-transparency rules. We read the files they publish and re-check them on a schedule.

How it works

Four steps. One card. No permission slips.

This is the app, not an illustration of it. The screens below run on sample data.

  1. Price Shop home screen with a search box and posted prices near you
    1

    Search in plain language.

Knee replacement, colonoscopy, sick kid visit. No codes, no portal, no phone tree.

  2. Price Shop map with price pins and a ranked list of facilities
    2

Compare posted prices on a map.

Every pin is a real hospital's published cash price, with its quality rating and distance. Pick any one.

  3. The Enough! Health member card in the app
    3

    Tap the Care Approved Card.

The provider is paid at its posted price. No claim forms. No prior authorization. No surprise bill weeks later.

  4. App home screen with the Reserve balance, monthly contribution, and health summary
    4

    Watch your Reserve.

What you don't spend stays in a balance with your name on it, and it carries forward every year.

Facility receipt: cash price $1,180, 151% of the Medicare national rate, rates on file

The receipt

Every price we show comes with its receipt.

Tap any facility and you get the number, where it came from, and what it means: the hospital’s posted cash price, how it compares to what Medicare pays for the same service, and every rate that hospital has on file. When we don’t have a posted price, we say so. We never fill the gap with an estimate dressed up as a fact.

  • Cash price

    Posted by the hospital itself

  • % of Medicare

    One yardstick for every facility

  • Rates on file

Too good to be true?

Fair question. Here is what is behind it.

Why now
Federal price-transparency rules made hospitals publish their prices. For the first time, coverage can be built around the member instead of the carrier.
Who we are
Enough! Health is a trade name of Open Enrollment, Inc. Our administrator entity is incorporated in Delaware. URAC accreditation is in progress.
What we won't say
We'd rather tell you the truth than make the sale. If something isn't right for you, we'll say so.

Why we built this

I’ve had Enough. Enough of premiums climbing every year. Enough of insurers telling my doctors what they can order. Enough of watching my second-biggest expense disappear into someone else’s profit margin.

Over two years my family spent more than $25,000 on health insurance and used less than half of it. We got balance-billed for an out-of-network doctor at an in-network facility. We waited three months for an MRI behind rounds of approvals. You shouldn’t have to beg to use the coverage you pay for.

The people who buy care are smart enough to own their decisions, their information, and the relationship with their doctor. The system took those powers. We’re giving them back.

From the hospitals themselves. Federal rules require hospitals to publish their prices. We read those files, rate each price against the same yardstick, and re-check them on a schedule. When a hospital hasn't posted a price, the app says so.

A balance with your name on it that pays for care. What you don't spend carries forward. It is not a retirement account, an investment vehicle, or a brokerage product.

No. You pick the provider, you see the posted price, you tap the card. Your doctor decides what care you need.

Yes. Any provider that accepts its own published price is in, by definition. There is no network to fall out of.

The app opens by invitation this fall for members through their employer. Join the notify list and we'll tell you when your door opens.
