Getting into the app

How do I get the app?

The app opens by invitation. Your employer’s roster triggers an invitation email with everything you need to set up your account. There is no public sign-up — if you have not had an invitation, ask whoever handles benefits where you work, or email hello@joinenoughhealth.com and we will find out where your invitation went.

I cannot find my invitation

Check your spam and promotions folders for a message about Enough! Health. If it is genuinely not there, email hello@joinenoughhealth.com from the address your employer has for you and say who your employer is.

I have forgotten my password

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed code. If the email does not arrive, check the folders above before trying again — requesting several codes in a row invalidates the earlier ones, so use the newest one.

Face ID or fingerprint unlock

You can turn on biometric unlock after your first sign-in. It is handled by your phone, not by us: we never receive your face or your fingerprint. If it stops working, sign in with your password and turn it on again — that is normally all it needs after an OS update or a passcode change.

The app asks for my Social Security Number

Enrolment in a health benefit arrangement requires it, and it is used to confirm you are who the roster says you are. You can type it with or without dashes. It is encrypted and tokenised — see how we store it.

Your plan and documents

Where do I see what my plan covers?

Your coverage, your plan documents and your ID card are all in the app. Your plan documents are the authority on what is covered — the app shows you what we hold, and where the two ever disagree, the documents win.

My plan screen says I have no plan

That means no active plan has reached us for you yet — most often because your enrolment has not been processed, or your coverage has not started. It does not mean something is broken. If you believe you are enrolled, email hello@joinenoughhealth.com.

A balance or a date looks wrong

Balances and accumulators can lag behind transactions that are still in flight, so a figure can be right and still not match your own arithmetic yet. If it still looks wrong after a few days, tell us what you expected and what the app shows — that is the fastest thing to investigate.

Posted prices

What am I looking at?

Prices published by the facilities themselves, for care you can shop for ahead of time. We show you the prices we hold.

Is this the cheapest option?

We do not say that, and we will not. We hold a partial set of the prices in any market, so the lowest number we have is the lowest number we have — not the lowest that exists. Where the app shows a difference between two prices, that is a fact about those two prices, not a promise of savings.

Will I pay the posted price?

Not necessarily. A posted cash price is not a quote, and it is not adjusted for your coverage. What you owe is set by the facility’s bill and your plan, after the care happens. Use posted prices to decide where to ask, and ask the facility to confirm before you go.

Why does it want my location?

Only to centre the map near you, and only when you tap Use my location. Your phone gives the app a one-time fix; the app sends our servers a deliberately coarse point — rounded to roughly two-thirds of a mile — never your exact coordinates, and never in the background. You can decline and type a ZIP code instead, and everything still works.

Bills

How do I submit a bill?

Photograph it in the app, or pick an existing photo or PDF. The app reads the bill and shows you what it found so you can correct it before you confirm. Check the amount, the date of service and who the care was for — you are confirming those, so they need to be right.

What happens after I confirm?

It becomes a transaction you can see and follow. Confirming a bill is a request, not an approval: it does not by itself cause a payment, and what gets paid is decided under your plan.

The app read my bill wrong

Correct any field before you confirm — the reading is a starting point, not a verdict. If a bill will not read at all, a clearer, flatter, better lit photo of the whole page usually fixes it. Failing that, email it to hello@joinenoughhealth.com.

Can I upload a bill as a document instead?

You can, but it will sit there as a document rather than becoming a transaction. If it is a medical bill you want handled, use the bill flow. The app will point you there if it spots that you are about to do the other thing.

Your family

Adding a family member

You can add family in the app. You will need their legal first and last name and their date of birth, and you are confirming you have the authority to act for them — as the subscriber, a parent, or a legal guardian.

Who can see what?

You see your own record and the records of the family members you are authorised to act for. Nobody else’s. Every internal access to your record is logged and kept for six years; to ask for a copy of that log, email hello@joinenoughhealth.com.

Enrolling, and your receipt

Choosing a plan

You choose. A licensed advisor is a tap away and will tell you when they are acting in that capacity, but the app does not pick for you and does not rank plans for you.

Where is the record of what I bought?

Your enrolment receipt is in the app — the plan, the monthly premium, the coverage start date, the date you submitted and your confirmation code. It is read back from our systems rather than held on the screen, so it survives closing the app.

If the receipt says it is not available yet, the record exists but that part of our service has not been switched on in your app’s environment. It is not lost. Email hello@joinenoughhealth.com if you need the details in the meantime.

Across a year boundary I see two enrolments

That is correct, and deliberate. If you hold a plan for this benefit year and one for the next, you will see both, newest first — the app does not pick one and hide the other.

Appeals

Filing an appeal

You can start an appeal in the app and follow its status there. Starting one in the app does not extend any deadline in your plan documents or under law, so check those dates. Keep your own copy of whatever you send.

Privacy and security

What do you collect, and who sees it?

The Privacy Policy answers this properly. The short version: we do not sell your information, we do not use your health information to market to anyone, and there are no advertising trackers in the app.

Closing my account

You can ask from the app, or by emailing hello@joinenoughhealth.com. A person handles it — nothing happens the moment you ask. Closing your account is not the same as ending your coverage, and we will not treat it as though it were. Tell us which one you want.

I think someone else has access to my account

Change your password in the app straight away, and email hello@joinenoughhealth.com so we can check the access log on your record.

Reaching a person

Email hello@joinenoughhealth.com and a person will read it. Tell us your name, your employer, and what you were trying to do — that is usually enough to sort it without another round of questions.

Inside the app, Help & Supporthas your advisor’s line, which is the fastest route for anything about your own coverage. Your advisor can see your plan; email cannot, until we look it up.

This page covers the member app. If you are an employer or a broker, your door is enoughhealthgroup.com. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number — the app is not a route to urgent care.
